2. How long does the switch to BT take?
Your phone line and calls will be with BT within 10 working days.
3. Can I keep my current number?
Yes, you can usually keep your phone number, even if you're a cable customer.
4. I'm a cable customer; do I need a new line installed?
If you're a cable customer you may need a new BT line installed, but we will confirm if we need to install a new line.
5. I already pay line rental with BT, can I switch my calls to BT?
Yes, if you already pay BT for your phone line you can switch your calls back to BT.
6. How do I arrange the switch?
Easy, simply fill in the form and we'll contact you within 48 hours to confirm and set up the switch over.
