Call Costs

If you take One Plan Traditional on any contract length you will benefit from capped rates, making your call costs more predictable, helping you manage your costs.

If you choose not to take a calling plan you won't receive capped rates and will be charged the standard pence per minute rate for any calls you make.

1. Do I need to contact my current service provider?

No, you don't need to contact your current provider - we'll do it for you.

2. How long does the switch to BT take?

Your phone line and calls will be with BT within 10 working days.

3. Can I keep my current number?

Yes, you can usually keep your phone number, even if you're a cable customer.

4. I'm a cable customer; do I need a new line installed?

If you're a cable customer you may need a new BT line installed, but we will confirm if we need to install a new line.

5. I already pay line rental with BT, can I switch my calls to BT?

Yes, if you already pay BT for your phone line you can switch your calls back to BT.

6. How do I arrange the switch?

Easy, simply fill in the form and we'll contact you within 48 hours to confirm and set up the switch over.

1. Offer ends 31.10.10. New BT Business One Plan Traditional Inclusive customers only. 500 minutes per calendar month per eligible line. Unused minutes cannot be carried over.
