You'll save £36 per year, per bill, if you switch to paper-free billing OR by changing the way you pay to Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan, you'll save on the payment processing fee, which is now £9 per quarter, per bill.

Knowing your bill is paid automatically helps give you peace of mind and allows you to get on with what you do best. Plus, you’ll significantly reduce the risk of receiving a late payment charge and the risk of disconnection.
You still have time before money is taken from your account when paying by Direct Debit. Payment's taken automatically from your bank account 10 days from the date on your bill, allowing you time to review your charges.
How to sign-up to Direct Debit
You can sign-up online or using our automated telephone sign-up service on 0800 023 4098.
Upgrade to paper-free billing
To sign-up for paper-free billing, simply log on or register for online account management, then select the option to turn your paper-bill off.
