Here's how to switch
Step 1 - Simply call 0800 121 6769 or arrange a call back (Mon-Fri 9.00am to 5.30pm) and our web experts will call you back within 24 hours. Our experts will help you choose the right hosting package and place your order. Our agent will help you set up all the email accounts you need for your business and start your domain switch to BT.
Step 2 - We'll send you all the information you need for your new hosting. You can follow the instructions to create a new website, upload a current site or you can get a quote for BT to do this for you.
Step 3 - Finish the process by authorising the transfer of your domain to your new site. We'll help you with every step of the process. If your domain name ends with .co.uk, .org.uk, or .net.uk, we will instruct you to contact your current service provider and ask for the IPS tag to be changed to BTNAMES. If your domain ends with any other extension, we'll show you how to contact your current service provider to obtain an AUTH code. All done!
