Offer Terms & Conditions

Free connection is only available on a 3 or 5 year term contract. This applies to the BTnet standard installation charge including the circuit connection charge and router but is conditional on suitable spare line plant being available at the Customer site.

If suitable spare line plant is not available then the circuit planners will advise what, if any, additional duct or fibre is required to deliver service to the site.

All orders are subject to survey; if additional charges apply we will notify you and if you do not agree to those additional charges you can cancel the order.

Offer runs between 1^st March 2010 and is now extended to 31^st May 2010.

All offers are only available to customers ordering brand new bearers
Offers apply to:
- 1. Brand new BTnet customers
- 2. Existing customer where all of the following apply:
  - a) Upgrading from existing speed bearer to the next size bearer up (e.g. existing 2M bearer customer upgrades to 10M bearer or existing 10M bearer customer upgrades to 100M bearer)
  - b) Annual rental increased by 15% minimum
  - c) Customer is out of minimum term (12 months)
